Goibibo.com — Charged twice for a single booking | |||
Below is the mail from IBIBO. 13 days back. Still they haven't refunded my money yet. I confirmed with my credit card company they are saying the same thing. Credit card company just gave me the transaction codes for the same 821895 and 811363. Critical Description Hi, I was charged twice for a single ticket and I came to know when I got two msgs from my credit card company. Then I called customer care service on the same day (15/01/2012), But customer care executive said there is no duplicate booking and I won't get charged twice for that But today I came to know that Goibibo charged me twice for a single ticket(Mumbai-guwahati round trip, phone no [protected], flight is on 30th Jan from Mumbai to Guwahati and return Flight is on 7th of Feb 2012, in the name of Hiramoni Barman) and I called customer care again and talked to Amit, He said I was charged twice and I also have a duplicate booking. I was shocked as asked the same question on 15th also, and they said I don't have duplicate booking. Anyway now I want my refund back ASAP. But Amit Said it will take 10-12 long days to get refund. I asked him ref no of my complaint for refund and he has given me the following GOFLD415BD[protected]. I request you to make it happen as early as possible and also want you to request for improve your transaction quality as I heard before also that it happens frequently in goibibo.com Thanking you Debajit Barman Resolution Accept Sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.As per your email received, I would like to confirm that the cancellation request for your mentioned ticket is processed and the full refund for the same has been initiated in your account.
