[Resolved]  Goibibo.com — not refund the money for canceled ticket

i have canceled two air ticket from goibibo.com. As per thee process theey should refund thee amount back witheing 3 days. but now it is more thean 8 days and still theey have not refund thee amount back to my account. thee ticket details are given below.
