Dear Sir, Thank you very much for giving the oppurtunity to upload our complaints on the net. I want to raise voice throught your Forum that ours is democratic Government of the people for the people and by the people. It is the people who is holding the ultimate power. But it seems that people are being tortured by our leaders. People want redresell of their greivances as early as possible but the leade wants to maintain them as long as possible. It said that the investment of the leade is to maintain the problems rather than finding the solution. tha 's what is happening in India. When the Golden Forest India Ltd. was established and collecting hudge amout of money from the people of India, Our leaders were sleeping none of the leader or controlling authority stop it. when the firm collected billion of rupees from the people, then our Govt. woke up and stoped the company. Never ending cases were filed in different courts/ consumer courts etc. Our Hon'able Supreme Court has also given the final verdit in favour of the investors. Commission has been constituted and chairman has been appointed. Commission has been working for the last more than five years. It seems that there is no mechanism to have a mid term appraisal of the working of the Commission because it is the public money and not the leaders money. Why our leaders are still sleeping not bothering about the repayment of the money collected by the Commission by selling the properties of the company. Please help us in getting our hard earned money by speeding up the work of the Commission. I with my wife Usha Sharma have invested more than Rs. 40, 000/= in 1995. But now it seems that all is lost. All the Original documents have already been taken away by the Commission five yers back. It was also told that no correspondence should be made with the Commission. Why is syal's son allowed to sell land illegally. He should be immediately arrested for playing with the law. Syals have made a mockery of the indian judiciary system.

My mother invested 50000 in Golden Forest plans but as it was a fake company so she lost the entire amount. We filed a legal proceedings too with the help of some lawyer but till date nothing comes out. What are the updates of this scam/ settlement plan as we need our money back.
its the same case with me. i had invested rs 65000 in 1996-97 as my landlord at Hisar was the agent of golden forest, and suddenly the news came that the company is taken over by the commission, similarly all the original documents were asked by the commission to deposit and now we have only photocopy. similarly my address is changed now. can any body tell me how to do this, does anybody has what the commission is doing in the favour of investors? pl inform me on my cell no. my in-laws also invested in the same golden forest india Ltd. WE have also submitted original documents to the authorised persons thru an agent Mr Aashish Sharma .Till date we have not heard anything about repayment of the same. we heard that court has ordered to sell the land of GIFL and make the payment. We don't know with whom we should make contact .Kindly help us.

Brothers and sisters our money has been used by syals in their personal luxuries. Syals continue to live a lavish lifestyle. I donot understand how it can skip the eye of the police and court. Cant the court see the money they are using for fun doesnot belong ot them. His son continues to sell land against court orders. The government is not even bothered. Rk syal doesnt want the auction to go forward and the committe is failing to do it. The court appointed committe is weaker than one man RK syal.
I ask you one simple question. If money involved belonged to rich and influential people, even then his son would move around in luxury cars and enjoy life in london. Not at all. It is because the money involved belongs to poor and lower middle class people like you and me that syals are getting away with it.
Every paisa they use belongs to some poor person. There should be justice and committee should be more powerful.

We also invested some amount in Golden Forests India Ltd. in 1996. They gave us post dated cheques at that time. Now time has come for encashing those cheques. Where should we contact. We are told that the court appointed the liquidator for selling the company assets and pay the liabilites of the company. Now where should we contact for getting our money back. Is there any office of that company. If it exists, can any one give me address & phone no of concerend authority to contact.

Why is it taking so much time. How come syals fighting the case without money. More investigation should happen in their activities. It is a case of negligence from the government. We have been waiting for 10 years.
why is the progress in this case so slow. Why does not the government act fast. Is the govt waiting for the syals to use up all the money. I respect the integrity of Mr. agarwal. But is his team competitive to handle criminals like syals.
They have taken common man's hard earned money and using it in their luxuries. Police need to look into their lifestyles. They have already sold land against courts orders. No action has been taken till now.

Sir, I have invested money in golden forest india limited Rs.1, 10, 500/- some years back, but till date no response was received from either from the company or from the government side. The original documents were also submitted for returning of my hard earned money. Kindly show the the way of getting my money back. It will be highly appreciated if my hard earned money is returned to me, which will be utilised for my children education. I am facing lot of difficulty to afford money for the education of my children.
