[Resolved] Government — NOT PROVIDING ME THE INFORMATION ABOUT MY INSURANCE OF BIKE | |||
respected sir/madam with due respect i want to say that i (GURDARSHAN SINGH S/O GURWANT SINGH) has a problem regarding one of the government employee. i have lost INSURANCE of my SPLENDOR + bike. and after that from where i bought the bike(TYAGI AUTOMOBILES PH. NO-[protected]), they were unable to tell me the NAME OF INSURANCE COMPANY because they have already bonds with 10 COMPANIES,and they don't know from which COMPANY the BIKE IS INSURED.SO, they told me that u have to go IN SAMALKHA S.D.M OFFICE and they will provide you the information about yoUr INSURANCE because they have all the information about all the bikes, as when bikes are issued with RC,all the details regarding BIKE goes to S.D.M OFFICE. when i went to S.D.M OFFICE(),one of the executive (SUBHASH). when i request him to provide me the information about my file he refused me to provide the information. after requesting him 10-12 times, he again refuses to provide the information and said DO WHATEVER U CAN DO AND WHATEVER IS IN YOUR HAND. my BIKE NO-HR 60 D 7766 MY PHONE NUMBER-[protected] ADDRESS- S. Bike insurance — Insurance have not received
I have applied for my bike's insurance to one of the Bajaj Capital's office which is located at BTM, Bangalore. However after applying for Bajaj allianz the branch has been closed and shifted to somewhere else in Bangalore.I have been calling to the branch manager and asking to provide my insurance but he is always telling the papers have been lost during the shifting of the branch. His behavior is also not so good and always blames me why did not you have collected within two days from the previous branch. Its me only who calls him continue but he never does any call and mail as well, though he has my mail id too.
I am fed up with calling him and one agent who did all formalities for the insurance. I have suffered troubled as well many times when the traffic police caught me and charged me some money.
I want my compensation from this guy and my insurance as soon as in my hand. I am furnishing the details below.
