We seems to breath in this currupt india. each and every department, most officers, politician are currupt. no body bother for people's trouble. there are thounds of reason to say like this, one simple case i would like to put hear for your kind consider. as i know that consumer form can not (not able at all) to do corrective action or not able to make an order for resolving matter with concern department. 1. in our india we have hundreds of cards we have to issue like, pan card, election / voter id card, driving licence etc...etc... to showing self importance each & every department they force to issue various cards. can any body proove that these all are require for their day to day liife, atlease govt. has to understand public's pain. and they has to desine single documents for identity/ ID liek social sec. no like USA. or passport(through this forceful procedures all govt. officers, politician, ministers generates their benifit by curruption) why should people has to suffer through this different-different procedures by this departments. who is responsible to west of money, time and effort of resources. we recomands single card through which we can produce our identity, driving licence proofs, pan, voting right etc...(we respectes all depts procedure but all should have common and synchronioused procedures, after word how many card, their numbers, procedures etc...we have to maintain till life long) one more thing i would like to focus for all is...i seen in many case that few offices not belives as proofs of our indian govt's passport (whose authority direct may be by our honable Precident) while PAN card, driving licence, election card valids all validity...? why..this is n othing bu insult of our passport. Finaly, many time we have to issue these all cards but, if any mistake we find with information in our issued card (even though our supplied information are correct). thye are not not only ready to accept their mistake, mand make it correct but blaims to us and charges aditional fees, procedures and time westing etc...how feels we seem our selves where we pay for other's mistake. SO I REQUEST TO YOU CONSUMER AUTHORITY...IF YOU WANT AND CAN TAKE ACTION ...IF YOU WANT TO DO SOME THING THEN DO FOR THIS...MOST INDIAN PEOPLE BLESS YOU FOR YOUR THIS INITIATIVES.
