SIR, IAM A DEFENCE SERVICE PERSON WHO HAS FILED INCOME TAX RETURN IN THE YEAR 2009-10 AT JAISALMER DISTRICT OF RAJASTHAN THROUGH A TAX LAWER. TILL DTAE I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THE REFUND. WHEN CALLING TO THE LAWER HE SAYS TO CONTACT ITO. ON CONTACTING TO ITO THEY SAY TO VISIT TO DISTRICT OFFICE WHERE PAN CARD IS ISSUED. Government of India — non functional battery
My Transaction ANumber is 5445037. I had purcfhased one 4 GB HIF 3rd Gen Hi Fi MP3 Video AMV e Book, FM Digital REC Player, which was delivered on 17th Sept, 08. The battery of the instrument does not last for more than 30 minutes and the charger is also not compatible to Indian electricity supply modules. Please help.
