Daear sir, im prepaid holder, GPRS Activated vauure 99, regular customer, net did not work properly and day by day its going to be slow and geting error server connection time out, since on 04.07.09.All rady it has been infromed to customer care till date job yet to be completed. Dear sirs im a bsnl prepaid holder, and activated gprs and regular customer value added Rs 99, GPRS server is going to slow day by day from 04.07.09 to till date.All rady it has been informed to bsnl customer care but job yet to be complete and they r no responds, all ways customercare line is bussy.While started the net connection manually its not connected n indicated server time out.But connected through googley page is open but time taken.Down load didnt work, only mail sending n recd working.My set is Nokia N72, but one thing down load proper working only sony errision set.Is it seting problem 4 nokia N series?Will u give me the seting 4 NOKIA N72. Date.22.08.2009.Dear sirs, im pree paid holder from orsisa, it has been observed that GPRS DID NOT WORK FROM 04.07.09 to till, whats happent?Day by day server is going 2b slow, page didnot open properly.But post paid its working normal.We r complain 2 Custo mer care but they didnt brother our complain if i talk ur reprasentive 9 they didnt talk after some time line went off then trying 2 call net work bussy we r really surpised day by day.We r ragular customer gprs rs99 but now we r nt satisfied ur service.Please rectified the problem

dear sir, im prepaid holder of bsnl n gprs activated n regular customer of gprs RS99.It has been observed that gprs didnt work properly since 04.07.09.Day by day server is going to be slow n page is nt open properly.If i go 2 manualy 2 page open 2 server, after few minute indicated Time out server disconnected.If i go 2 through google after s6e time indicated please check ur signal setrength.Its problem Till.So kindly arrange 2 rectifif the problem.Ashok balasore, mno[protected].My set is nokia 6233.

I am Rajat from Jharsuguda dist(Orissa). on dt.6.01.09 I was giving a complain (no.3973516) that on 19.12.09 I renewal my gprs net connection. but from dt.6.01.10 whenever I connect to net browising charges was debited from my main balance till date. So I want to know how much time needed to solve this problem.

i am from kerala(kollam) our tower is "nedumbaikulam-c". The problem is we just only get the downloading speed of 5kb/sec. Rest they got about 20kb/sec. I complainted to customerCare several times but no responce.please take our Complant as request.

Hi im regrate to say that im prepaid holder and GPRS RECHARGED RS 99 TODAY AT 12.15 PM and continious net brawising and observed money has been deducted from my balance RS 7.50, and it was rectify at 10.15pm, so kindly added RS 7.50 to my balance.Amitava
