[Resolved] Gsrtc — GSRTC failed to provide the sleeper coach

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is Vishal Patel, I have booked my ticket for my journey from Mehsana to Surat in Meta-Surat Bus (sleeper Coach). Whereas due to some technical Problems GSRTC failed to provide the sleeper bus & a normal seating bus was arranged for passengers.

I could not travel in the same bus because of my own problem since I can’t seat in bus for a longer period due to back problem. I made my reservation in private sleeper bus now I request you to refund the money which I paid for the reservation & gsrtc paid to provide the service for which the booking was made.

i am mayank shroff i boke two ticket for my brother and mother from SURAT TO JAMNAGAR Sleeper coach
but as some problem to Sleeper BUS so SURAT BUS depo not provide the Sleeper BUS.thats why i request you to refund my Sleeper coach To Sheeting Coach Difference AMOUNT IN MY ACCOUNT.

GSRTC — bus not stop at sabar dairy..2-10 pm

At sabar dairy (himatnagar)partij himmat nagar local bus not stop.in the .bus is totally sapce...almost 16 passenger standing there..please take a action against bus driver & conductor.. Akash patel [protected]

Poor Volvo bus

Hi,

I have traveling rajlot to ahmedabad today 4 pm in Volvo bus, ticket rate is rs.401 but at possision of bus is just like local khatara bus, , not proper AC working, set just like truck, bus damage in every ware.
