[Resolved] Gsrtc — Online e-ticket booking failed from gsrtc website and amount was deducted from my account | |||
Hello, On Sunday, I made one ticket for two seats with successful and then was going to make another ticket for two seat for Sleeper coach bus using www.gsrtc.in website and it was failed ticket booking and my amount was deducted from my ICICIBANK account as rupees 364.00 (it was from BARODA to DEESA (banaskantha) ). I have tried to reach gsrtc support system and sent mail to email address with all required details and document but still didn't get any reply. Please can anyone help me to get this amount as a refund due to failed ticket booking process. Any kind help will be appreciated.
