Dear Sir/Madam, As earlier I have submitted complaint regarding the following details.. But due to no response from u for such a longtime,I need to remind the same matter.. I, Milind Bhavsar, want to inform you about my unsuccessful transaction regarding e-ticket booking.We were booking the ticket From Surat to Junagadh on 18/10/2011, after finishing the booking procedure we didn't get our ticket booked and Rs.309.00 was deducted from our Axis Bank Account.I request you to help me to get my refund as soon as possible. I did not receive any mail regarding my confirmed transaction or deduction of money from GSRTC. Kindly be needful in the matter.I am giving the particulars regarding my transaction details given below; Name: Milind K. I was booked ticket in sleeper coach but that day bus was break down and simple bus coming in that place.
I Kindly request to you refund money of Rs. 198/- in my account.

I, Rohit vaghela, want to inform you about my unsuccessful transaction regarding e-ticket booking.We were booking the ticket From Adipur to Ahmedabad on 20/05/2012, after finishing the booking procedure we didn't get our ticket booked and Rs.322.00 was deducted from our Axis Bank Account.I request you to help me to get my refund as soon as possible.
