[Resolved] Gsrtc — Using Abuse Word during Inquiry | |||
Dear Sir, I am working in Vadodara as a electrical Inspector. I am from PATAN (N.G). I tried to book online e ticket. During process deduct my amount from account but ticket not booked. This problem informed on GSRTC help no.[protected]. After i went to PATAN bus station on 19 May 13; 3:00 PM for ticket booking but all offices shut down. In one room some employee are seating but room's door is closed at inner side. I talk to him for ticket booking but he replies in bad language like today is Sunday so booking is not open and booking officer is not present so not possible and speaks loudly. After that i called on GSRTC help no.[protected] and told first he support. But after he also not supporting him. I request to him that tell me your name so i complaint on head office but he can't inform. This all employee of GSRTC Patan seating in office and wasting his time in other gupsup but not answering our questions. How it possible to booking is not possible on sunday? So many people are traveling on sunday. So what about him. I have 4 months child and traveling with him how to traveling with him without reservation. I told all problem but this GSRTC employee can't support me and harassing me. If not possible to reservation on sunday then why buses are running and offices are open of GSRTC. GSRTC — GSRTC BOOKING ONLY ONE SIDE
i am going to booking tickt but their staff say not available nakhtarana to dahod reservation... but when we going to dahod(gujarat) there side available booking FOR DAHOD TO NAKHTRANA BUS..why that is difference...give me reply as early as possible.
