monthly electricity billbill

insite of personal visits written complaint since mar 2011 i not getting electric bill at home and i paying bill online only redularly But my bills are incorrect not as per consumption the consumed units are same since mar2011 pls do needfull

On monthly bill my address is not comes in details i have already given my address in detail while submitted change name application. Request to look into this and do the needful.

Dear Sir,

1) My first complaint dt 29/02/2012 ref no. MC/GK/F/882
2) Complaint reopned on 26/04/2012 till date my problem is not solved.

plz look into the matter which is pending from the month of Feb'12. From Jan'12 your agency shows meter faulty actually meter is showing the reading but in photograph is is not clear due to faulty plastic cover of the electric meter. I had lodged the complaint in Feb'12 & Apr'12. In my shop there are 3 tube lites which was burning in the evening 7.00 pm onwards and shop is closed on 8.30pm electricity was consumed only 2 hrs daily. (30 x 2 = 60or 62 hrs in a month 4-5 holidays).

Let us me the consunption of 1 tube lite for 1 hour.

I make a complain for excess bill. complain no. BC/CH/8503 Dated 04/05/2012. Amount Rs. 1700.00 is excess in month of Dec. 2011. Your officers are also agreed for for this amount, they always say me that this wii be corrected in next month. In this month also the bill is not corrected. So please correct it. So that i can pay my regular bill online. My consumer no. is 490011840351

Since last 2 years I am regularly paying my Electricity Bill through online payment. I have received bill for current month i.e. December 2012 on which "Due Date" is given as 08th January 2013, but while attempting to make payment today i.e. on 06th January 2013 I am getting message "Online Payment before Due Date only"

Since Nov. 2010 till date I am charged erratically. Inf act I am out of station and has requested to charge only meter rent as I am not using place for any purpose. For major period i.e. dec. 11 to Aug. 12 it is 65 units as meter lock. Please correct my bill from Nov. 10 to till date for meter rent only. Several times I have discussed with the person coming for meter reading & who has suggested me for surrendering meter. However I need this in future. So please correct the bill immigiatelly on line and I will pay it.
