I have purchased GTPL Broadband connection before 2 months. GTPL charged me 2800 RS for 6 months unlimited 24 hrs 128 kbps speed internet connection and I agreed and paid the same. but after getting the connection most of the time Internet not working. I had complaint many times to GTPL about the problem but they totally failed to shortout the problem permenantly. I also asked GTPL that if you will not shortout the problem permenantly than I will go through Consumer Forum, but still they have not shortout the problem. I have to go cyber cafe each and every time even after purchased the broadband connection.
I have take GTPL connection few months back and after first month of satisfaction with the connectivity although the committed speed of is never delivered and its almost less then the lower expectations as well.
I am from Indira Bridge, Ahmedabad and i have take connection from Mr. Prakash who is your distributor in Sardar Nagar near Indira Bridge.He is also providing us TV channel service as well so we thought this is best to have one service provider for both services which is proved to be wrong. I have taken Night Viewer plan.
But still at the service level i have more concerns to share and below are the points i would like to highlight here as below: -
1. He does not have good technical staff members at his end who can repairs the problems.
2. He does not get the service done on the committed time and i have to waste my lot of mobile phone charge by calling them and also wasting my time in following up with him.
3. He always says me that GTPL guys are not responding him and always shares the concerns with me but his sweet talk cannot make me happy as i want the service and not excuses.
4. Also when i talked with Mr. Ramesh and explained him my situation i was committed next day morning service at 10AM or 10:30 AM but the guys came in in the later afternoon where i again lost lot of my mobile phone charge and also wasted my time. This ha frustrated me a lot.
5. When the guys came in i got the information that they have some other area to cover and they does not come in my territory and this is their kindness they have come to this area. Where are the guys of my area who can resolve my issue?
6. When the guys from Praksah coming to solve my issues sometime says they are not experienced one and they operate with the channel cables and this is the level of experience they get into the work so i do not know on what skills my service is dependent on from your end.
7. It has cost me loss of my Business Targets as i am in Service Sector and my company gives me targets which i am not able to fulfill now.
8. I have lost my own business which i run for my extra income and this has cost me lot of money now.
9. After asking lot of time i did not have even one time the contact numbers of GTPL call centers and after fighting with him he shared with me the number of Mr. Ramesh and he guided me to Call Centre Numbers.
10. I pay the money in advance and get the bills later which is not a good way to take the money from the customers which has being followed at your service end.
11. I am not getting any proper information from your distributor here as well so I am not at all satisfied with him.
I am mentally harassed now and want to get my money refunded. Please take appropriate actions and do the right thing. If not done I have to take further actions as I have not rendered service which I was promised and cannot take this good price paid for very low standard service availed to me till now.
I am also facing same problem as i had install the net on 1st Sep 2009 and after 4 Month i am not able to use my net continiously 1 or 2 days every time shows error of 815 it means Power problem from junction box and after changing the possition of junction box (same installed on my terrace) since last 24 hrs my net shows error of same 815 as GTPL have no proper solution in this four morth i had complained 20 to 25 times and 2 -3 times they will take 10 to 12 days for solving the net problem
today at 4:30 PM GTPL started the net let hope up to how much time can i use the net, if now my net not work i will take legel action on GTPL aagainst my looses of business and suffer for time for follow up

Gtpl is the worst Internet Conection Especialy in Indra Brige...

First of they provide good speed and after some time no any companitn the listen. and

hi friends this is amit rajput who is older user if gtpl and i know how to take work from gtpl and how to treat them. if u r nt satistied with the gtpl exective then call him and ask him about that "i want to do complain your executive". in beginning they will say leave it and what is the prublem and bla bla bla but dont give up just say give me the process of conplain of your executive then after long discussion they will give u a sebsite address athen told them i m jst complaing now belive me friend they will take your proublem dam seriously.
and if u want to know your accout details then just type 184.108.40.206 in your url(like where u r typing www.google.com)dont use www just type number and enter u can check your account detail.
most important whenever u r complaining in customer care then take your complain no and keep it. bcase you can extend your day according to complain no means jst example: in six month pack u have 12 complain with u and your 6 month is expiring after 3 days then u can extend your 12 days of complain means u can still use 15 days. but u have to keep your complain no with u.

Sir, I purchase gtpl broadband at five months ago with sixth months advance payment.
So, Sir I am customer of gtpl broadband last five months but I am not satisfied with
their service because 30th or many time gtpl company give me complain number
and company's service engineer Mr. Kapil tell me our service always like this
if you dont want to use it remove cable out side.
Sir, I agree with him & many time I complain in gtpl broadband's customer care department
to close my Account and refund my advance payment but they are not reapply it.
