My self Dinesh Gandhi having GTPL (Gujarat Telelink Pvt Ltd) setup box with A/c No 185159. Since last mid of month i.e. April, 2011 I am receipting very poor picture quality with sticking (slotting format). For the same I have drawn attention of my cable operator. He has guide me to book complain with GTPL.
According to this I have lodged complaint with GTPL on 05/05/2011 at 9.45 pm vide No B 0101136.
Till the date 10/05/2011 it is unattended and unanswered. On 10/05/2011 I have made call to GTPL at 10.22 am, which was picking up by Ms. Pallavi (Customer care officer). I have explain all the details verbally also gave her my complaint number. But her answer was not satisfactory. I have again called at 11.25 am pickup by Ms. Pinky explain problem. I have asked her to put me to senior. She has deny to do so and promise me to solve problem by today evening i.e. 10/05/2011 evening. Sorry to state that they have failed to attend problem. Again I have call on same day at 08.56 pm which was pickup by Mr Kapil. I have got answered that, your problem will attend shortly. I could not understand what the mean of shortly. And what time they require solving problem. At this time date is 11/05/2011 time 12.56 pm. My complaint is remaining unattended.
