[Resolved]  Hard Disk — Product Replacement and Pick-up

Hi,

I bought a Western Digital Hard drive 2 weeks back from the Laxmi Nagar and one 2nd hdd bought before 2 year.
The drive was not working properly .I raised a complaint with WD support and got an RMA#. I was told to sent it back to Western Digital's NCR office. They offered to pick this up. They said it is going to take 2 business days.
Even after 10 days, repeated calls, they are not yet to pick up my Hard disk.
Every day i call and there is some new excuse or the other.
Courier company, tomorrow will be done sir, public holidays etc.
You name it and they have the excuse.
The customer care fellows are so shameless, the put you on hold for checking the status and come back to say the same answer "tomorrow it will be done sir”. Poor customer has to call again!

Now I m deciding for future, we cannot but the Western Digital Hard disk..
You cannot provide best service for us that why I m deciding for future, we cannot buy or sale Western Digital Hard disk.

My Hdd Pickup Date was 29/3/11
still no body picking my hdd, even today i was gone to his service center which is located Okhla Ph-2 the told me "we cannot take ur hdd by hand, and u call to customer care" but still customer care executive told me ki sir aap ki hdd 3se 4 days main pick kar li jaegi.
dear mera share mkt ka kaam hai, aur mujhe es wajah se bahut loss ho raha hai..

So plz suggest me what can i do for replacement......
Replay me as soon as possible.
