[Resolved]  Hathway — very bad customer care service

I am a hathway set top box subscriber. im not getting signal for almost 4 to 5 hours daily. if im contacting customer, nobody is picking the phone. im calling the customer care for almost 4 months. yet, nobody picked the phone for not even a single time.

I m the haithway cable customer from last 3 years in dombivli.
I have paid advance payment of monthly charges to your compony. But from last few monts your service is not working. Your delear Mr. Mohan Gupta is not co operationg the customer. from last 5 days cable is fully not working. He is not attending complant. He tells customers that haithway stopped service of cable. So i request you sir, if you had stopped sercice in dombivli will u give me the refund of amount which i give you in advance?
waiting for your reply. otherwise i have to go to consumer court. Or second option is to contineu my cable sercive. there are disputes in your componey and your dealer. why are u troubling the customer?
Hath way se top Box- Every day comparitively two times Power failure is there in Bangalore. As soon as power comes did not on. According to wimsy & fancy it will on. some times for the whole day it will not switch on. Requires service

He is always coming from after 6 months or 10 months so I am not paid your cable payment.

Why is u not collecting cable payment monthly?

the worst service is provided by hathway set up box provider.no reply of complaints.almost half of day service is not providede

I HAVE COMPLAINED SO MANY TIMES ABOUT STAR CHANNELS AS THEY ARE NOT COMING BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM ANYWHERE NOT EVEN FROM THE HEAD OFFICE OF HYDERABAD AND MUMBAI. AND IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE THEN PLS TAKE YOUR SET TOP BOX. I WILL GO WITH SOME OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER. WHEN YOU WANT PAYMENT YOU WILL COME ON TIME AND WHEN WE COMPLAINT THERE IS NO REPLY.

myself MAMTA GUPTA custumour of hathway internet service company.. I complaind about this to the hathway dealer of delhi named as mr. SATISH but there is no 1% of help about my problem..

So FAR THE WORST SERVICE YOU CAN EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HATHWAY... SO BAD AND WORST.I REQUEST WHO EVER TO OPT FOR THIS NOT TO THINK ABOUT THAT...
THEY DO NOT HAVE THE COURTESY TO LISTEN TO YOU. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE BEGGARS...

one of the worst customer service

I am from hyderabad and I have been facing continous connectivity problems. Fed up with them I took connection from Act group. Now they are not refunding the advance money I paid them.
