[Resolved] Hathway — language change | |
My name is Rehana S K. I am a resident of Ankleshwar. My complaint is about the language change in the set top box. The time when I had purchased it languages could be changed for a couple of days. But after sometime the language was permanent of Hindi.I need to know that if there is an option of language then why can't be it changed???? Hathway set box is ridiculous. please reply to my query. You need to go through menu. somewhere it will ask for password. provide it as 0000 (four zeros). then you will enter in UI where you can change the language. I strugled with this lot and finally after one year when their person came to collect money he explained it to me.
