NOW I GOT A CALL FROM [protected] AND THEY ARE UNAWARE THAT THE FIBRE OPTIC CABLE IS BROKEN AND THEY ARE ASKING TO CHECK THE MODEM.
HOW CAN I CONNECT IF THE WIRE IS BROKEN????
