Dear sir/madam,
For past month or so we are not getting any signal on ESPN,STAR SPORTS and Star Cricket. As a service provider they should atleast notify the subscriber about their plan of excluding these channels again or how are they going to cutdown the prices of monthly subscription. But the worst fact is they still are forcing the customers to pay the full amount even after not providing these channels. On enquiring about that they inform us by next week everything will be fine & we will receive all these channels. By doing so they have cheated the customers again and again. My father back in Kerala in also a working for a cable service provider (Asianet Cable Services). So I have seen these kind of issues happening there also. But the problems get solved very soon. Moreover they decrease the monthly rental if any of such issues happens because they say that they dont need to pay the rent to those channels if they dont provide and thereby the customers there dont need to pay the usual monthly rental. But so far such moves have not happend from Hathway and they keep on squeezing full rental from the Customers. I'm writing this complaint on behalf every customers. More over i have posted these complaints in their offcial link (http://www.hathway.com/brodband/prod_broadband_redressal.asp) and also mailed them to "[protected]@hathway.net". I also have a copy those mails send to them incase needed. And the worst part is they havnt even replied to me all these month. As per the consumer act they are supposed to give us a solution and they are not following any such rules. This is really bad and clearly indicates how bad they are when following these rules. I hope a strict action is taken on Hathway if they continue with this and ask them them to pay a compensation for the customers. Was this information helpful? |
