Hathway — Getting bills after settlement & disconnection

I am one of the broadband customers of hathway broadband Services.

Hathway Internet A/c No. 748770

Connection Taken : June 2011.
Made request for Disconnection : Oct 2011
Not Disconnected till 4 months, then i settled 2000 rs as settlement, after settlement, i am still getting bills...

Is there any way to file a complaint for this?

Please suggest me?
