[Resolved]  Hathway Internet — delay in refund of paid amount

i m a resident of bhandup. i wanted the internet connection so i called the service provider agent.he took all the documents and the amount that day itself i.e on 27/08/2013 and another day they said that the connection is not availabe in our are and the would return the amount in 45 days.at the same time they are nt picking up the calls
