Hathway — Deactivation without intimation | |||
I have Hathway Broadband for last 5 years. The service in last one year has detiorated to the lowest. I renewed my a/c. 213684 for a year by paying Rs.4412/- through internet banking. But after a week they deactivated my a/c. without any intimation or reason. I have been trying to speak to their executives to reinstate, but to no avail. Everytime I call them the wait time is no less than 45 mins. There Zonal managers just do not respond. Finally I called the MD's office Mr. K Jayaraman.. but no response there too. I have paid money for full year but have not been able to avail the services. I am really surprised with their attitude towards customer care service. Hope I will get some help through this forum. I guess one can reach Moon or Mars, but not hathway customer care. I waited for half an hr to get through to some customer care executive, but at last had to disconnect the call after such long wait. By looking at number of complaint against them on Internet only, I can say that they are definitely not busy attending to other customer!
I am going to discontinue their service, there is a limit to which you can exploit a customer, waste his time and irritate him!
