[Resolved]  Hathway — Poor services and long and frequent disconnections

I've recently subscribed Hathway internet broadband (Kandivali east). The service is pathetic. There are frequent disconnections and in between of the first month, for about one week there was not connection at all. During the day all costumer care phone lines were either busy completely or use put in wait call for long time. I could not reach customer care during day. Finally at the end of day, when I reached customer care exec, I was told that technicians are left for the day and will forward the complaint. They did same thing for about a month. When I wrote mail to Billing desk (email) to return my one month money or extend validity, there is no response till today. It seems hathway internet has very bad service and don't have good infrastructure. Since I subscribed for three months, I am completely struck.
