[Resolved]  Havells Fan — no reply for my complaint

dear sir i had purchased a fanin feb-09. now its not working properly, so i had logged a complaint in your customer care on 13-07-09 and got a complaint no 1548. but no one came till now . therefore i request u to send a service man at the address given below,
