Dear sir/madam, I bought a HCL laptop from new delhi 2 years ago. now i find my CD writer can not write when i used nero which was provided to me with the laptop.Earlier i never tried to write anything. Whatever, i went to the service centre on[protected] at 203,bajaj house,nehru place,new delhi.They checked it and said CD writter is damaged. So ,it need to be replaced. As a new piece of Cd writter drive was not available with them ,so they asked me to come later after confirmation from Miss Jasbeer.They charged me Rs 500, but did not give me the receipt as the concerned official had already left.After 10 days one of my friend having some knowledge of computers came to me . He checked my system and told me your writer is alright, nero will not work. You try with other software. I tried with XP inbuilt Cd writing system and found everything is fine. So, my complaint to you is about- 1. Inefficiency of your people. 2. If you receive money ,then give receipt. As i am not at fault, why should i pay for? Coming again to collect it is wastage of both time and petrol. Please try to increase the knowledge of your people as HCL Laptops are yet to become a consumers 1st choice. I have brought HCL laptop (Vista based) Y20 AMD Turiontl 50 model but i want to upload WinXP in my laptop but not able to get many drivers like Audio/sound drivers. i have not got an motherboard CD also, Kindly solve me problem ASAP.

same thing is happening as m also using the hcl lap past one year...n customer service of hcl is so shameless that even after reading so many compains they are spending on advertisement instead of providing customer support services to existing customers

I myself munish kumar bishnoi had purchase a Laptop from chandigarh last year on june 2007
So my problem is that, my laptop is on the guarantee period of three year and some of the charging and audio problem is there on my laptop, the reason to mail this is that i need the service centre address with contact no. in chandigarh so that i can show my laptop to them.
so please help on this matter so that i can any other problem arise to the laptop

I have owned hcl laptop one year ago and since i have brought at home it is not working properly.I have visit service center every month.everything inside that leaptop has been changed.now the warranty has been expired but i have submitted it within warranty period and the problem is of graphic.They are saying that it's ok and it's software problem and not repairing it.i asked for replace but nothing about it.it is visiting every month and i am losing my time behind it.They are not looking at software problem.

I bought the computer in 2007 from District Centre--Delhi, and was trying to find the Customer Care #. I tried searching it on the Web site and to my agony till date i have not got the service center add or phone #.
I tried with Just Dial service they also did not had the Service Centre number, which shows that the most updated directory also does not have your number. In today's World, wherein, Customer Service is given the top priority, HCL is nowhere to be seen in Customer Service. I m really dissappointed and feel like I have wasted my Hard earn money.
I for sure will not advice anybody to buy HCL Computer.

I am having a HCL Desktop Computer Serial No. 8064az053193 (Under Warranty). From last 3-4 month my system not working properly. I registered complain in HCL by this no.[protected]. Engineer visited my place said my computer’s RAM not working and replaced RAM. But Replacing RAM problem still their then they said there is problem in Motherboard and they replaced Motherboard on 27/07/2008. Even after that problem still continue then Engineer said problem in RAM. I again complained on 28/07/2008 Complain ID.[protected]. Engineer came on 19/08/2008 after 20 days. Engineer having only DDR-2 RAM not having DDR-I he said he will come tomorrow and replace RAM since then nobody come place till date and system is down for almost 2-4 months. Now, whenever I call on this no.[protected] it always busy and no. available of HCL Service Point – Aforeserve.com Ltd. Nehru Place . 26219743 Does Not Exists, 65371946 ringing or busy. hello, i have a hcl microsoft windows xp professional, it is having a problem it shows a msg this copy of windows did not pass genuine windows validation and you have not yet responded the problem.this copy of windows is no longer eligible to receive the full range o[censored]pgrades and product support avilable from microsoft.you may be a victim of software counterfeiting, pls solve my problem as soon as it is possible my pid no of windows is[protected]-23979 thankyou i brought hcl laptop 6months ago. but display is not working. worst service support from your side. even sake i vill not buy any hcl product.

I myself Rakesh Kumar, I had purchased a HCL Desktop sr. no. 5087AZ206661from Ascent, B-6/1, sector-5 Rohini, Delhi-110085 on 21/08/2008.
My problem is that my computer is not working properly from the first day, I have told my problem to Ascent so many times and after forcing them so many times they changed the mother board but still my PC is not working properly. I think Acent knows from the bingeing that they have given me corrupted set. I tried so many times to contact HCL on so many customer care no. but no one was picking up the phone.
Not happy with the poor service of HCL.
So please help on this matter so that I can change the system.
