[Resolved]  Hcl Laptop — service center

HCL — Audio driver doesn't install

After formatting, I installed Realtek audio driver from my computer(not using CD given).
Not any sound come from my speakers(including logon too). But all video, DVD, music(visualization)
and works properly. WHAT TO DO???

I am using a HCL laptop. After formatting I am installing audio driver from the driver cd but it is showing that the cd does not contain any files to support the audio drive. What should I do now?

i bought hcl laptop 2 months ago and till date i visited its service center twice...still there is problem in my computer...hcl service center in sant nagar delhi is so bad. they told me there is problem in my hard disk and they told they have replaced it but still same problem is arising..they didnt even put laptop on testing and told ur laptop is free of error but when i returned my home i fouund same problem in my laptop..
i think hcl brand is going to loss there mkt capture due to low grade laptops and bad customer service...i am nt going to suggest anybody to buy any of the hcl brand...

i bought HCL laptop, from allahabad. before few days it is not being On, nor working power adapter.. may be this SMPS problem, so tell me where is your Service Center in South Delhi..!?

This is Nikhil jain, i had purchased a HCL laptop on 02/08/2009, the serial no AXOP3821, i have already mailed out you people twice related to this issues, but didn't get any solution yet, didn't get driver cd along with PC, and i had some word with dealer he said that hcl will provide cd by itself or go through net, your website doesn't work it doesn't access if it accesses then driver creates problem, first change your service, because your service is really poor and now i have been completely fed up form this thing, logged so many complains to your customer service regarding this, my laptop is lying without driver installation nothing is running, neither net doesn't work nor any sound function. i shall go to consumer forum for this issue. if i don't get any solution with in 3 or 4 days period, then i shall go to consumer forum...
