[Resolved]  HCL Me Tablet — PARTS STOLEN

Dear Sir,

We had bought some machine’s for our organization at 3 year before from one of your dealer at Jabapur...

The all machine are working properly

On 28th Aug 2008 one of my machine name HCL EZEEBEE with a serial number. 704PAZ080857 was dead and not working properly.

Some one had recommended me that just drop down to the hcl service center with the machine so that they can help you out.

I went to the service center based at Jabalpur (mohit chamber Wright town Jabalpur)
They had suggest me by saying that because it is a ezeebeee machine so we don’t give service you should go to our second service franchisee .

I went there on 28 Aug 2008 along with the machine they had checked and said that the motherboard is dead so you have to leave the machine for a day because the engineer is not available.

But I refuse to leave the machine I took it back and next morning I went to the same HCL company office. I told them that the Silicon system dose not have the engineer so will you able to make it. (COPY OF THE JOB CARD ATTACHED)

They asked me is the machine is in warrant or out of warrant I told them that its out of warranty so they accept to make the machine on chargeable bases .

After keeping the machine for the whole day they didn’t called me. I made a call in the evening to ask if the machine is ready or not so I got a reply that the machine mother board is dead and it can not be made in Jabalpur so we have to send it to Bhopal and it will take minimum 7 or maximum 15 days.

I requested them if they can give me a machine as a stand by but they said that if you want to repair it fast you make it from the local market. And they forced me to take back the machine immediately in the evening .

I went there and took my machine back…………..

I went to a local market machine and asked them to check the machine they had opened it in front of me and said that there is no CPU in the machine only the fan was placed on the top …..

I called.( MR SHIV RAJAN ) ( [protected]) at hcl service center and confirmed about the same so they start shouting on me saying that we cant help you and don’t call us again.( MR SHIV RAJAN ) ( [protected])

NOW PLEASE ADVICE ME WHAT TO DO ….

We are the dealer for Maruti Suzuki, Honda HMSI, YAMAHA and we are the importers of furniture...

Its is not the matter of money it is the matter of service given by the HCL which is very shameful /.
Never expected from HCL
