HCL Tablet Me U1 — hcl tablet me u1 not working when we buyed new on 9-7-2013 through star cj online shopping

This is to inform you that we have purchased hcl tablet ME U1 through star cj home shopping and on 9-7-2013 afternoon we got the product.

I want Refund for the below reasons

But when we opened the product we found two problems:

1) screen cover on touch screen was not placed properly and

quality of the cover is not upto HCL standard

2)Tablet was not charging.

seeing this my happiness of owning of tablet ME U1 turned in to dissapointment.

I don’t want to own this defect HCL piece I just want my money back.
