With respect I wish to introduce my self and my staff Mr. Pradeep kumar Yadav both and Dalmia Bharat Group unit Ramgarh,Sitapur is salaried accounts holder at your nearest Sitapur branch.
Last weak my staff Mr. Pradeep Kumar Yadav A/c No. [protected] taken some transition at Chapra Bihar through ICICI Bank ATM (NWD-[protected]-CHAPRA) with ref. no.[protected],[protected],[protected] for 10,000.00 each.
But regret to say ref. no.[protected] was failed to deliver the debited amount 10,000.00 and same complained has logged no.[protected] at HDFC bank CHAPRA.
On 3 days back customer care replied that debited amount will credit in your account. Today Bombay costumer care service denied to pay the claimed amount .
Therefore you are requested please arrange to pay on priority. This type response will damage HDFC bank goodwill.

This is SivaShankaraPrasad.M, 4-July-2009 at 11:03 am i drew Rs 6200/- in Andhra Bank ATM in Dhone, But i didn't get amount, finally i got slip it shows Transcation Declined, I got message from HDFC Bank Rs 6200/- is deducted. So kindly reimburse my amount in to my account pls.

Dear Sir/ Madam
I (Hemant Awasthi) am the costumer of your bank having salary account no. [protected] at Rudrapur Branch.

On 08/01/10 at 16:23 I have withdrawn amount of Rs. 5300/- from Oriental Bank STM Medical College Haldwani. Due to delay in collection of Money the amount of Rs. 5300/- (Five thousand three hundred only) has been taken back by the ATM machine, having ATM ID NA069011 and TXN no. 3448.

Again second time I have withdrawn Rs. 5300/- at time 16:26 on the same day having TXN No. 3450. This second time amount, I have collected.

I have complained by telephone to the customer care regarding to the problem. On 09/ 01/10. The Complaint Number is 22191018.

I complained and enquired from the Oriental Bank regarding to the same problem, after enquiry of the ATM amount balance, they found the complaint is correct and they suggested me to complaint to the HDFC bank, then only my amount of Rs. 5300/- (Five thousand three hundred only) will be transferred to my salary account number [protected].

Please verify the problem as soon as possible and do needful. Your kind help and cooperation will be highly appreciated.
