Hi all,
Recently i withdraw Rs7500 in HDFC ATM it located in coimbatore, the transaction is failed but the amount is debited from my account. I register my complaint in coimbatore hdfc bank. But i didnt get proper response.

RAJIV NAYAN REFUSE FOR DEPOSITED MONER ONLY BECAUSE OF ONLY ONE REASON IS I HAD 10*700=7000 RS IN TEN RUPEES NOTE.WHEN I SAID THAT GIVE ME IN WRITTEN THEY ALSO REFUSE.MR RAJIV NAYAN ALSO BEHAVE LIKE THEY ARE DOING WORK IN MENTAL PRESSURE.SO I REQUEST YOU PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION AS SOON AS POSSIBILE.AND SOLVED OUR PROBLEM.

I have a salary account in HDFC Dhanbad branch, I have to deposit cash in my account from patna, but they denied to take the cash. so, please kindly do the needful.

my name is chiragparmar and I have a credit card and number is [protected] I had take a loan of 38000 and I pay 6000 and outstanding is now 33000 and I now have a bad condition that I cannot pay I pay 1 yrs regularly but from now onwards I have no money and the reason is behind that I had taken loan but I not use ad I give my freind mother's to help and now they are not paying money and I give money of my credit card risk but they cheated me and I can't pay amd in my family know one know abt this pls help me abt that I cant a settlement

HDFC bank/ Salary account — I do not know who has deposited a cheque into my account.

I came to know that I have a balance of 13, 000/- (something) in my Account. I have checked my account summary details in My Net banking, TWO cheques have cleared in my Account--the total amount is Rs.13,[protected] but when i asked the phone banking they have guided me to contact my HOME brach... Why I should go and waste my time for their MISTATKES... If this complaint is not solved within 24 hours... I will withdraw that money and I will not REPAY the amount as well as (INTEREST)...

HDFC Bank — why they did not depositing cash in my a/c

i am raghuvender singh and s/o shri ramhari and prvious year i have purchased a bike and the bike is on instellment and my father had open a a/c in hdfc bank and every thing is going ok but now the manager of hdfc bank ltd branch in cannaught circus and add is N-47 PRATAP BUILDING .
why they did not depositing cash n my a/c and my a/c no is-[protected]
now this is become headche for my father
so please solve my problem as early as possible

This is to infrom u that i the s/b a/c holder in HDFC BANK LTD C.P BRANCH.My a/c no is [protected].on 17 of july i self visit in hdfc bank ltd mayur vihar branch ph -2 for withdraw money of rs 12000/- the teller tell me thier is a memo in your a/c you do not withdraw and diposit the money in your a/c and you go ur home branch.same day i had withdraw this money from mayur vihar branch ph 1 and i can withdraw this money very easly.so their is no memo in my a/c.The branch employee is so ruud to me and very iresonponsble.they waist customer time and noyhing else.employee name is surajit barua and arun arora.so i want reg a complaint againts the employee of this very poor branch

HDFC salary account — money transaction problem.

sir,
with honour inform's you that i am account holder in HDFC BANK.my account no.is[protected].After salary total balance is 17,888.i had gone for money transaction of Rs5ooo/-in ATM of state bank of patiala but it shows 'unable to process' due to yuor account balance
isRs 4005/-so i checked the mini statement in HDFC -ATM$it shows the account balance is 12,888/-$ 5000/- transaction in that same time.so plz take some quick action in this wrong transaction.

HDFC IS PERHAPS THE MOST DISGUSTING BANK OF ALL, INFACT ALL THE PRIVATE SECTOR BANKS ARE THERE TO CONFUSE THEIR CUSTOMERS ONLY RATHER HELP THEM IN NEED.

I also have the same problem like that. So Please tell us the reason for denied this service with immidiate effect also. it is also without any intimation. I think it is a very - 2 bad response.

HDFC Bank — deny to accept deposite for my existing saving account

my account number is [protected] at vapi (gujarat) .today i went to deposite Rs.19000/- to above said branch the cashier told very roughly that i should not deposite that amount because of RBI new rule.I astonished and they asked my profile. i am the existing customer from last 12 years ( previosly my account was at chala branch ,vapi) .Ultimately the manager accept the money and i need it because my credit card (cadr no.[protected]) account is also with same bank and i deposite the cheque for the same on the same day .I was totaly insulted infornt of other customer and thinking to approch to cosomer forum for the mental harashment .
more that that at 1.30 pm when a long que is wating for deposite and withdrawl , most of the staff are busy to take lunch in manager's cabin and the customer is observing that through glass door- it is a humilliation for the standing customer.
every thing can be verify with cctv camera.
before that ,they also harash me and other cutomers . please solve it and if any problem with me or us we can close other account.

Hi this is rajesh from coimbatore.i have using my hdfc account for last 5 years and my locality is rainbow theatre(race course).
I use trichy road hdfc bank for my bank use.whenever i go and any queries about my account r any details related to bank the customer support executives in that bank(two ladies) doesnt response well.they blindly gave wrong information what ever they think and they really care about their own work apart from the cx issue.so kindly request to take remarkable action to improve the customer services in that branch(Trichy road hdfc bank)

I have a salary account with HDFC bank sec-62 branch noida. They denied me submitting cash in my account and even didn't gave the proper reason. What's the problem with HDFC bank and when this new rule came.

I have a salary account in HDFC Sarita Vihar, New Delhi branch, I have to deposit cash in my account from Pune, but they denied to take the cash. So, in this case can I deposit money by cheque?

I am having HDFC salary account. I have encountered the same problem as listed above. When I visited to Mayur Vihar Phase 3 branch, they refused to deposit the cash in my Salary Account. They denied to deposit the cash becuase as per them the customer can't show more income than salary in salary account. However, they can deposit the cash at home branch.
