[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Welcome kit

I opened a new account in your bank on 12 th August ( A/c no [protected]) but till date I didn't received the welcome kitI contacted your customer care few days back and after waiting 35 min I had a discussion with Ms. Anjana (Phone banking query desk).I was surprised to hear from her that my courier is returned back. I do not how it happened when I received so many letters/couriers from your bank on the same address of my office Hero Honda Learning Centre, Mahipalpur. In case if it happened THEN WHY DIDN'T YOUR BANK OFFICIALS COMMUNICATED ME THE SAME . THEY INFORMED ME AFTER MY PHONE. IS THIS TYPE OF SERVICE RECOMMENDATION IS FROM YOUR SIDE. In case of no reply from Mr. Deepak Parekh only I will go for the closure of my account.

HDFC Bank — Delay for receiving welcome kit

I opened my account on 13th of April, 08. I received my account no. through HDFC message system on 18th itself contains welcome kit has dispatched to my address. But till I have not received my welcome kit to my address. Four days back I registered my complaint to Hyderabad branch also. But till I have no status on this, while I am trying to contact over phone banking they are telling tomorrow we will able to give information in this regard, but no reply I found till now.
