Mental harassment & bad reputation

Dear Sir

I am a holder of saving bank account in HDFC Bank ltd and I hold a credit card of the same bank. Without any intimation or information to me, bank transferred my saving bank money to credit card outstanding, which was kept for my monthly installments of loans. Even the credit card people are harrasing me for non making payment of my outstanding which is more than my expenses amount after making payments of all my expenses...

Hi,

My name is paresh i am using HDFC credit card from last 3 years and got relocated to Chennai.. i called up customer service to change my address on couple of occasions but they did'nt. I called up them again in the month of Sept'07 regarding my payment that i have no access to my statements since its on my orignial address and i dont know how much i have to pay again they didnt changed my address and my charges...

my acct. no.[protected] at paradise branch code no[protected]:223174 my previous employer walsons from delhi had stopped payment during the month of sept/oct 2005 for the amount of Rs 3100/- or so. They, walsons is not persuing the case and are not the least bit bothered. I lost my wages of Rs 36000/- and now I have to run in circles to get the small amount of Rs 3100/- released. What do I do ? The bank will say get a NOC from walsons...

I had HDFC Credit Card between[protected]. My last transaction on the card, is payment of Rs 25000, probably sometime in Sept 2005. After which I havent made any purchases nor payments, so I was not receiving any statement. I have got a call from HDFC credit card exectuvie who offered me a gold card.

I got interested in the card, gave the necessary douments and the required details like DOB, Address and PAN number etc but unfortunately she missed on asking my designation.

HARRASMENT OF HDFC CREDIT CARD DEPARTMRNT

Let me narrate you the things happened that day very clearly. I alongwith my friend Mr. K.V.Mohan visited M/s Mobile Hut Electronics Singapore on 18/06/07 and purchased the following items :-
1) Nokia N-95 with accessories
2) Sony Portable Playstaion with accessories

The above items total amount came to SGD 1,570.00. Firstly We were giving them him cash but the vendor insisted to pay the amount in credit card...

Very Very Poor Service - Due to lack of Knowledge taken 6 months to reject the application

HDFC is not able to give the porper service to the customer the reason is.

I Applied in the month of May for loan as nashik (as property at Nashik) with the processing fee and documents after one month HDFC rejected my application stating that I have to apply at kalyan branch as I am residing at Kalyan.

Disgusting Service

I had the worst experience in my life with HDFC bank, and I am expecting a response from a senior person from HDFC who would understand me.

I work as a support engineer in a BPO for Microsoft, An unfortunate incident happened with me when I was traveling by local train when I realized that someone picked my pocket and I lost my purse which contained 4 credit cards and Rs.650.00 my personal diary two debit cards and one ATM...

DD was of hdfc bank itself, maximum of 3 days were asked for clearence.

- but till date there is no trace of my DD

- i complained to phone banker on 13 and since every day i contact them.... but no use.

Non receipt of No Due Certificate after paying settlement amount.

I was credit card holder of HDFC Bank . My Credit card A/c No is [protected].I was settled my account on 12.11.2006 at ahmedabad,gujarat and paid by installment as mentioned in settlement letter on 13.11.2006,14.12.2006,11.01.2007.

After Eleven months of payment still I haven't receive N.O.C(No due Certificate).

HDFC Phone banker is saying that they have sent my courier on 26 november. They told me to call courier service at [protected] and ask for my courier.
I called at this number, but they are saying that they don't know the status. and HDFC bank is saying that they have dispatched it.
