SBI CARD RATIEND IN HDFC ATM

Dear Sir/Madam, My SBI card is retained in HDFC bank ATM, may i know from where can i get this card back ?

Amount deducted stating as 3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC ST & EC 140215

I already mailed to HDFC bank regarding this deduction . I didn't get any response.I don't know why the bank is deducted like this.
