HDFC Bank Bank / Credit Card — Applied for Credit Card offline pending/uncared for more than 90days;Since no information received. | |||
Dear Sir, At first thanking you very much for solving a problem regarding Water Purifier of Hindustan Unilever: Pure it.Today itself company representative came and replaced the spares in question free of cost.We,the consumers have power with your help,proved. The New Complaint required your attention and doing the needful once again :- I have filled up an application (No-CC[protected] for a Credit Card to the HDFC Bank on 16/09/2011.They have acknowledged the same by an SMS to my Cell and given a No.[protected]E1 on 20/09/2011. In the mean time checked few times with their customer care they could not help at the same time they did not specificaly tell me why I am not getting the same. If HDFC bank declined to issue me a card (may be) they must let me know the reason for decline the same and should I not get back my documents submitted to them.I am afraid if some misappropriation done with those documents by somebody or if I am not elligible to get any Credit Card then what will be their use with my documents. It will be nice if I know the reasons for decline by them. Can you please help me and / or advice me what to do to get the justice.I feel mental tortured/very much inconvenience when anything wrong happened to me. Hope I will be powered by you.
