YOU HAVE OUTRIGHTLY REPUDIATED THE CLAIM .

I AM LEFT WITH NO OTHER OPTION THAN TO GO FOR A LEGAL REMEDY FOR SAME.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE COVERED ME FOR MY VEHICLE AS PER THE COVER NOTE ISSUED BY YOU PRIOR TO THE POLICY ISSUED .

IF YOU HAD ANY PROBLEM WITH THE COVER NOTE YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN MY CHEQUE AND ISSUED ME THE POLICY.

PLEASE NOTE THAT I GAVE YOU THE CHEQUE ON THE BASIS OF COVER NOTE ISSUED AND NOT ON THE POLICY WHICH YOU HAD SEND ME LATER .

THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF MISTRUST AND CHEATING /FORGERY BY HDFC ERGO AND ITS AGENTS .


NOW IF WE TALK OF THE ACCIDENT . BMW IS A REPUTED BRAND AND HAS A COMPLETE TECHNICAL RESEARCH TEAM .

THE CARS OF BMW ARE DESIGNED IN SUCH A WAY THAT THERE MAY BE A MINIMUM LOSS TO THE OCCUPANT/DRIVER AND CAR .

THE SUSPENSION IS DESIGNED AND HENCE THESE CARS ARE WORLD NO 1 ON SAFETY TERMS.

MR ARORA YOUR SURVEYOR FEELS THAT THE CARS BMW/ AUDI ARE NO GOOD FOR INDIAN ROADS( KINDLY SEND HIS SUGGESTION AND OPINION TO BMW /AUDI )

IN MY CASE THE VEHICLE TYRE AND RIMS WERE DAMAGED DUE TO THE IMPACT AND IF ANY ALLLOY RIM CAN BE BEND AS IT HAS BEEN CHECKED BY YOUR REPUTED SURVEYOR MR ARORA , I AM SURPRISED THAT STILL HE FEELS ITS NOT AN ACCIDENT .
HE FEELS THAT I PURPOSELY MADE MY CAR GO IN TO PIT AND DAMAGED BOTH MY TYRES AND RIMS , PLEASE NOTE THAT I HAVE PICTURES OF BOTH THE RIMS AND TYRES AND THE TYRES ARE CUT FROM THE IMPACT WHERE RIM ARE BEND.

MR ARORA FEELS THAT ACCIDENT IS ONE IN WHICH FEW PEOPLE DIE, SOME ARE HOSPITALISED, DRIVER RUNS, AND THERE SHOULD BE LOT OF LOSS TO THE VEHICLE AND DRIVERS BLOOD SHOULD BE SPILLED ALL OVER THE CAR, THE DRIVER SHOULD BE CRITICAL
and OFFCOURSE THE INSURANCE COMPANY SHOULD PAY A HANDSOME AMOUNT OF CLAIM .

MY SUGGESTION IS THAT YOU KINDLY RECONSIDER YOUR DECISION AND REVERT BACK WITH YOUR TECHNICAL TEAM SURVEYING THE SITE OF ACCIDENT . AND LOSS AND KEEP THE REPUTATION OF YOUR COMPANY .
