[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — No action taken on my credit card issue

Hi, I have my salary account in HDFC bank. I applied for an HDFC credit card on December 2010. We were total 5 colleagues who applied at the same time. We all worked in the same company and our present address was also same. Everyone got there cards except me. My application was rejected. When I asked for the proper reason the bank support team did not tell me anything properly. So I have been told to reapply after 6 months. When I applied again on around September 2011 (after 9 months) my application got rejected again with a reason that my name was still showing in the bank database in rejection list. So I waited for another 6 months and first I asked HDFC customer care whether my name is still in the database and it was still there. I wrote many mails to HDFC regarding this issue and they told me that their representative will call me. I got the call one day but they could not even find my customer ID in the system. After that till now I did not get any calls and following is the last mail from HDFC which I got on 7th Feb 2013. If I am not getting any response this time I am closing my account in HDFC.
