HDFC Bank — Making wrong promises and taking charges annual fee without person being signing for it

This is Ashish Vishwakarma .
I had been getting many calls for getting the hdfc credit card and finally i said its ok it its having no annual fee and its visa !! And the guy came I filled the form and I didnt filled the form which says for Rs 399 annual fee and on asking he said just a formality but i refused and did nt filled as the customer care said that you just fill your vodafone postpaid details will get it automatically added to our hdfc card and then I need not to pay any annual charges .

Later I got a Master card instead of Visa and that TOO HAVING 399 Annual fee and on enquiring with customer care they said no this is having annual charges . I said to cancel this card and also to raise this concern as I M NOT GONIG TO PAY a SINGLE PENNY from my pocket . This is just making the consumer a fool !!!

I have send a mail too . I dont want this card at all and dont want that you put more and more charges of interest on that 399 Rs which you added yourself . I am not going to pay for which you lied to me
!!!
Yesterday I got a Credit card statement for same charging 440 Rs ( inc tax) .. WHY ARE YOU MAKING CONSUMERS AND NOTHING BEING DONE ON MY COMPLAINT .

I AM NOT GOING TO PAY THIS ANNUAL FEES AS INITIALY YOU SAID ONLY THAT I WILL BE GETTING A ANNUAL FREE CARD !!! CAN YOU PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER ???
