HDFC Bank Car Loan division — Received Rs 3000 short

Dear Sir/Madam,

Iam Inder Sharma ,one of the loyal customer of HDFC and I have been associated with HDFC for last 9 years and using only HDFC bank and it's credit card.

On the basis of my transanction and record I got a call for car loan from your HDFC ITO branch and Ms Mamta and Ms Jyoti were in touch with me and I got an car loan approval of 8 lakhs and I was told that Bank will give Rs 7,79234 after deduction of advance EMI and processing fee and bank will DST charges of Rs 3000(approx) and it was confirmed to the Prime Honda (dealer also) thru phone and Fax.I purchsed the car on 31st May 10.

But Prime Honda has received Rs2890 short and the dealer is not giving me my car registration copy and number plate.I can't take out the car due to this for last 17 days.

When I contacted Mr Arun Vishkarma(ASM),then he told that both the girl has made a mistake and made a false commitment.Now either Prime Honda or you has to bear Rs 2890.After having lot of discussion he told me that he will put up the case to his senior and will get back to me but after 17 days nothing has happened.

Iam not getting satisfactory anser also.I contacted Ms Jyoti and asked Mr Deepak (RSM) ITO branch no. and office address .She disconnect the mobile.

It was your people Ms Jyoti and Ms Mamta who were calling me after every 5 minites before purchasing the car after that I have been chasing them but nothing has been done(I have the detail of all phone calls made by your employees).

I had a good faith in the bank and prefered to take loan from HDFC to get service even though the interest rate was 1.5% higher than the govt bank .

I hope you will take up the matter and all the issues will be sorted out soon and I will regain the faith in the bank.
