[Resolved]  Hero Honda Passport Programme — nos of gift are pending not given 1 year already gon

I am also a member of Hero Honda Passport Scheme last four years. I had registered my name with local dealer i.e. Kumar Automobiles, Dandia Bazar, Baroda since last 11 month back. Still i am not rec. my gift for eligible points. When ever i inquired about my gifts always get similar answers that you may rec. within one month but it's still not happen.

What is the problem to not issue a gift for longer time. Can some one look in to this matter & solve my problem ASAP.

I DONT KNOW WHY U OPEN THIS [censored]E? NO BODY IS RESPONDING LAST 9 MOTHS SO WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE TO OPEN THIS [censored]E. I[censored] R NOT ABLE TO SHOT OUT THE PROBLE THAN U HV NO RIGHT TO COLLECT THE PROBLEM. THE COMPANY HERO HONDA IS OPEN A PROGRAMME RISTA DIL KA FOR WHICH PERSON I DONT KNOW.

HI HAVE NOT SUFFICENT AND NOT ABLE TO MANAGE THE PROGRAMME SO WHY LAUNCH THE BLEDY PROGRAMME. IT IS MY 6TH REMIND BUT NO HV ABLE TO REPLY THE ANSWER. A DEALER APPOINTED OUR TOWN THINKING AS OWNER AND PROPITER OF THE COMPANY AND AUSED EACH AND EVERY TIME TO CUSTOMERS.

I have renew my passport from june-09 but inspite ofseveral reminder on mail till date i have not received my passport book, my old book no[protected]E16F[protected], please do the needfull.

I am hero honda passport programme member. two year already gon but gifts are not received from nearest showroom name of show room--Maria bike house Irijalakuda, trissur(dst), kerala

I am using hero honda since 1987(MVP 1009-sold in 2000).My brother's splender(KAO3Y2768) was used by me(he was in USA) from 2000 TO 2003 during which period passport was prepared.In 2003 after return of my brother I purchased another hero honda (MH09AH4754) & TILL DATE I am using the same.My passport no.is 99J19C07093 RENEWED IN JUNE 2008.Right from begining till date all the points are entered in the same passport irrespective of the vehicle number. But today on 18/11/10, a person at CHAUDHARY MOTORS, BHUSAWAL, JALGAON, MAHARASHTRA denied to enter the points on the ground of different chasis no. on the passport and vehicle.The attitude while reacting was bad & totally non co-operative.At the same service centre points were entered on 18/01/09.The passport is in my own name, I have incurred money on hero honda then I don't understand the reason of denial.Whether this is the reward for a loyal customer for 23 years & passport holder for 8 years.Let me know. -- ANAND RAJARAM JOSHI.
