Dear Sir / Madam, I have booked Hero Maestro on 28/12/2012. Since then I am following up with the showroom for the invoice which they should have given upfrontly to me. Address of showroom : Shop No 5 Marathon Maxima, Near Nirmal Lifestyle, Lbs Marg, Mulund West, MUMBAI - 400080 After many follow-ups finally I received a copy of the invoice which is as attached above. (which is not accepted by the bank as the above page where the showroom name is mentioned is missing). Today when I called Mr.Karan Thakur of Max Motors Pvt. Ltd. at Mulund West for the correct invoice, he spoke very rudely without understanding my problem and when I said that if this is the attitude and behavior, I would like to cancel the booking, he said that I can go ahead with it. Also, he was suppose to get back with me regarding availability of the vehicle but he didn’t do so and now he is denying that he had said it. This is really disappointing that before I purchase the vehicle only I am getting this type of response from the showroom, then in this case what would be the response post purchasing. If the showroom is unable to provide me with the correct service and the vehicle, I want to cancel the booking and want my down payment of Rs.4000/- refunded on priority.
