Good morning, I am using Hero Honda Super Splendor bike. In our city 2 showrooms are there. I need Self Re-lever spare part. last 3 months I try to the part. but they did not reply any answer. They said that there is no stock in the company. I am saying that please note my phone number and when spare part came than inform me. but they did not note my number and behaving harshly. not only that some of the company spare parts are not locate in the showroom but they are selling in black market. what can I do? please inform me. I'VE ONE 1998 MODEL HERO HONDA STREET100 BIKE.I ALSO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM ABOUT THE AVAILABILITY OF SPARE PARTS. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS OUT FROM THE MARKET A FEW YEARS AFTER IT'S ARRIVAL, IT IS REALLY A GOOD BIKE NO DOUBT AND THAT IS WHY I HAVE BEEN USING THE BIKE FROM 1998 WITHOUT ANY MAJOR COMPLAINTS.BUT IT IS IN THE WORK SHOP SINCE AUG 2010 SIMPLY BECAUSE OF THE NON AVAILABILITY OF SOME SIMPLE SPARE PARTS[FORK OIL SEAL, FORK OIL SPRING, BALL RAISER KIT, YOK, WINKLE SWITCH]. I'VE CHECKED IN KERLA, KARNATAKA AND TAMILNADU BUT IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE THERE. THEN WHAT SHOULD I DO TO GET MY BIKE'S SIMPLE SPARE PARTS SIR? IT IS REALLY A BAD AND SAY A NON HUMANITARIAN ATTITUDE FROM A COMPANY LIKE YOU WITHOUT PRODUCING SUFFICIENT SPARS FOR QUALITY BIKES LIKE STREET100 AND CHEATING THE ORDINARY PEOPLE LIKE ME.
