This is Aarif Shaikh. I purchase new Hero Honda motor cycle passion pro self-start in Singh cycle & motor co form pune dated -29-Nov-2009 and motor cycle problem start on second servicing. I have raised the Complaint to serving center and Singh Motor but they have not solve problem I am very time complaint but all time they have excuses and not solve problem .Singh motor executive and servicing dealer are not responding very time and not providing correct answer After one year completing servicing dealer say problem in tyres. He say change tyers.So i change tyers but same problem in motor cycle. Serving dealer they have letter me on tyers problem.senior People in Singh motor and servicing dealer told me our problem will resolve within one week. But till now i have not resolve my problem... I am going to the Consumer court for the bad performance and not giving the service to customer…. Please help me my problem PURCHASE IN AUTHORISED DEALER NAME & ADDRESS Singh Cycle & Motor Co.
