[Resolved]  Hindustan Lever Ltd - Pure It Water Filter — Request for battery change

Have been requesting for changing the battery in the Pure - it water filter. The service engineer has been calling me for the last one week to say that he is coming in the evening to do the job.

But the person doesnot turn up in the evening, with the result we need to wait for him at home.

We now repent for having purchased this product of Hindustan Lever Limited, which has a very very bad service back-up team.
This attitude of the engineer is totally ...totally frustating.

I would like to inform that whosoever wants to buy this product of HLL, pls dont go by the company name. You will be buying peace if you dont venture to buy.

sir, five days back i complaint to replace our battery kit but no response, very bad service, i have trying 100 times to [protected] but no response

I am using hllpurit frompast 2 years with out any problems, now from past 4 months i want to replace the tap which is broken and i want to change the battery and the filter i am calling your customer care and spoken to your person abdul and he does not no the head office situated please tell your customer care people to response properly when the customer calls and he was not up to the mark.Please take immediate action to change my requirements. hoping that you still give good customer service.

Pureit Water Purifier — problem in changing kit

I bought the purit set some six months ago. But now I am finding the job of changing the kit a herculian task. I have made at least six enquiries with the dhanbad office of hindustan uniliver. they have always been assuring me of changiong the kit in a day or two but it is yet to arrive even after 20 days. suggest me what should I do now as the set is luying defunct.

when my puriet device was leaking i have called your customer care number she promise me that our executive will come in three working days but the executive camed in 15 days i asked him that why too late he sad that i got this complaint today only so i take his number and name
when my battery was over i called on his number to come and replace the battery on 28/4/2009 at 6pm he came at correct time
my request is please close your callcenter and gave more salary to your technicians callcenters are not working well
I had registered requisted for change Battery on 30th April 2009, till date nothing turn up after givening repeated reminders.
We definately not expect such things form HLL.
Pl do not buy HLL Pure it water filter.

You are marketing hindustan Unilever "Pureit" perhaps the first of its kind.
You are unable to provide AFTER SALE SERVICE to "DEMOSTIC PRODUCT".
Demostic means Servise at door..
Particularly at odd hours morning, evening, sundays holidays etc.
I refer to my complaints for checking the unit if it requires to replace some parts such as battery etc.

CUSTOMER PAINING CENTER. too much bad service for replacing battery kit. i m crying for last one week to replace my battery kit..but no body turned up. After one week one person come up but with different model batter kit. OH MY GOD...looks like this company has full of jokers in it.

I like to bring to your notice that I had purchased the new unit from you, & to my surprise the battery life indicator turned red within the span of 3 months
This unit is being used by my mother in law & the family members are only two. Their daily water drinking consumption is not exceeding 7- 8 liters per day.
As per your instruction it is properly placed
I am requesting you to replace the battery free of cost, as for our no fault the battery life is exhausted

It is also clearly mention in your manual the expiry period is of two years, our consumption for 3 month is around 750 liters only .
I feel the supplied Pureit Germkill Battery Kit is of sub standard quality other wise there is no reason why it failed to give service .The Hindustan Unilever is renowned company & the authorities will look into the matter to find out the proper season,
I am also sending the copy to the Hindustan Unilever, Mumbai.
Hope you will act to & I will get the justice

I fully agree with the matters. Even i have given a complaint with respect to the broken tap and requested for replacement. But to my surprise they have nt cared to respond to my request.I am ready to pay for the cost of the tap.
It is really too bad on the part of the company which is a prestegious one for India.
