[Resolved]  Hindustan Lever Ltd - Pure It Water Filter — Request for battery change

Have been requesting for changing the battery in the Pure - it water filter. The service engineer has been calling me for the last one week to say that he is coming in the evening to do the job.

But the person doesnot turn up in the evening, with the result we need to wait for him at home.

We now repent for having purchased this product of Hindustan Lever Limited, which has a very very bad service back-up team.
This attitude of the engineer is totally ...totally frustating.

I would like to inform that whosoever wants to buy this product of HLL, pls dont go by the company name. You will be buying peace if you dont venture to buy.

i am complent to purit office but not responce to me .fast. this company tecnical service very poor.
really service is really pathetic.eleven days before i had given complaint to change transparent chamber of my pureit but nobody has come to change.every time customer care person is telling within two days their person will contact me but even after eleven days nobody has cotntact me.so it is my advice to every one please dont buy pureit.

We have been using PureIt for more than a year. Similar experience in Hyderabad when we had to change battery couple of months back. They took nearly two weeks to replace the battery after several follow ups and threats.
Attention plz.
The Product is considered totally flop by all the users. The qualities which company claims is false and not upto the satisfaction mark o[censored]sers. After some time stored water gets “KAAI” and a bad smell arises. You can see the photograph about (Pure it water purifier ) on my orkut site. ([protected]@gmail.com) Contract No. [protected]. From your advertisement we have known that pureit gives us 1500 liters water as save as boiled water but within two months & 10days our germ kill battery has became red. In the pureit warranty details you assured us that in addition you cover the customer with a 6 months warranty against manufacturing defects & my case is nothing but a manufacturing diffect because two months maxim 350 liters water is used in our pureit filterso it is your responsilibity & duty to replace the baterry in free of cost & save your companies warrenty niether I shall published all the details in my city & that can prevent your companies good will. So replace the battery as early as possaible.

I m fade up with your product and you don't have services. My filter is not working from last one month, every time i call your call center, they say with in 48 hrs some will visit.
Next time i call they say order is not placed. I am so fade up that I have taken 300 print out stating that don't buy this product, they don't give service and I m going to paste
out side all Doctors place where U placed it for Demo. Then I am trying to contact DNV I am going to put this matter in news paper. I suggest every one to do this. Save people to get cheated.

Your backup services for replacement of battery kit and filter are totally and utterly frustrating. Customers like us are treated with total disdain, with along delay in supplying the kit, [even after the mandatory three working days] or in the poor response of the the service engineers. I regret the day I decide to buy your product, and hope the company realises that all their ads. on visual media are not going to help if the customer care services are not spruced up.
True, I too ordered for pure it, after waiting for 03 days from 22/9/2009 to 24/9/2009 cancelled the same.
The only way is to approach Consummer Court for redressal
I request last 21 days for change the battery kit your yamuna vihar office but no response my request
company customer service is very poor.
With respect to the above subject, I requested to change the batter kit on 01.08.09 after that I have spoke to call center more than 10 times, till date no one bother to come and change the same.

When I called, each time they promised to send same day or next day. Till now nothing is taken place.

I feel buying this product is good but service of HLL to customers is very bad in this product.

I suggest people to think twice before buying this product. My request with company is when you cant serve to customers please stop selling this product instead off trubling the customers

When I called, each time they promised to send same day or next day. Till now nothing is taken place.

I feel buying this product is good but service of HLL to customers is very bad in this product.

I suggest people to think twice before buying this product. My request with company is when you cant serve to customers please stop selling this product instead off trubling the customers.
