Hindustan Lever-Pure it — Worst Service & Deceiving customer to sell product

Pure it launched by Hindustan Liver, i have purchased it 01 year back, its service for replacement of kit is wholy decesive, they sell their prodcuts keeping customer in dark and not informing about the service charges for changing the battery kit & says if Service provider asks u for the Service fees please call us & then their both Help line numbers not responding, u call whol day.

PURE IT service is PATHETIC!!!

If you are looking for after sales service do not even think about buying. Water leakage problem is persistent.. I registered a call 6 days back. Been calling daily. No one has turned up yet. Simple battery replacement was ordered no one from the co. has come yet.

My CUSTOMER ID IS [protected], This complain regarding germy kit, I have buy new germikit at september. 2010 of 1500 ltrs. Within a 02month its showing red.We are TWO members family. Please kindly replace the GKB as soon as early possible, so that we protect with bactarial water.

sir my customer id is [protected]. Your service is very bad, because i am continuously giving a complain to ur reprsentative who is receiving the phone call but no action has been taken for the last more than 10 (ten) days and even today i m not getting any positive response from ur side.
