[Resolved]  Hindustan Lever Pureit — Replacement to broken tap

It has been over 10days since we lodged a request to replace the tap. While we were told it would be done in 2 working days, we had a remind them again four days ago. I get a call today saying they do not have stock of the blue tap. The call centre is very well instructed to say "I can understand... and I am sorry for the inconvenience... and I will forward your request...). It is a pity that due to the inefficiency of a company as reputed as HLL, the call centre agent has to face the customers agony. I am told it will be fixed by today evening. I really hope so!!

As expected, no one turned up yesterday. On calling them today, the call centre agent had the same things to say - "sorry for the inconvenience... will inform the supervisor..."
