[Resolved]  Hindustan Lever Pureit — Worst service

Hi,

I am having a pure it water filter for which i placed order for a refill 12+ days ago but it has not been delivered.
The support service of pure it is so worst, Each time I call up I am assured of having the customer care person reach my house. Which never happens and dont even call back the customers by any executive even. I have naver seen such a worst after sale customer service.

Finaly I never suggest to BUY HLL Pure It.

HINDUSTAN LEVER - PUREIT — DELAY IN SERVICE

I am having a Pureit water purifier from M/s Hindustan Lever and i had booked a replacement / supply of the battery kit and even after more than a week there is no sign of the company rep. The speed with which they call on u whne it is new purchase the lethargy shown in supplying battery replacement is really awful. I had heard about this earlier from my relatives and friends but was not sure. BUt now it is my turn to experience now..

This is the worst service i have seen ever. I have been trying to get repaired and change battery kit. I have complained trice last two months and i always receive sms that the complained no so and so has been attended but no one visits to me.

Pure it team doesn't understand the problem of people those who are using pure it. i have decided to go to consumer coat with complained no i have provided. Let’s see.
One of the worst customer service we ever got from pure it for purchasing an auto fill system. We cant understand that how the tube provided for connecting from the tap to the purifier is just a particular length only..When we asked the executives they said that it has been designed that way. We have a tap which is far from the kitchen to which we wanted the purifier to be connected, but we couldn't. The executives said that they would buy a lengthier tube and get back to us to fix it, but they came back saying its not there in the market. When we don't get what we want then why should they force us to take it, moreover they asked us to pay before it could be fixed. Finally we bought another tube which could be attached with the short tube which they had provided. This is highly ridiculous to market a product when its not satisfying customers needs.

We dint not have a choice to return as they took the cash from us before installing the purifier. Pure it will definitely loose all valuable customers if this kind of service is going to continue. We've already filed a complaint in the consumer court.

I have bought Pure it on 2006. From that, every time for battery refilling, or any help, really I am struggling to get the contact nos. When I contact the old no. what I got from the sales person for the next time It won't be of them. many times I searched in person for their office and the reply is " They had vacated". What is this?
Never I suggest hereafter for anyone to buy HLL Pure it. I had never seen such a type of worst worst worst customer service like this.
I purchased pureit on 13.6.2011. As I noticed leakage of water on 14.7.2011 I have reported the same to Pureit customer service. Their technician promptly came on 15.7.2011 and after verification told that new pureit will be given in place of defective one.

Inspite of repeated calls to the Hind. Unilever person who sold the unit, the technician attended the call or the Customer care helping to solve the problem.

Such a worst SERVICE to be noted by the Consumer community.

Please suggest any one how to go further.

Hindustan Lever/ Pureit — Service not provided

Since the last ten days I have been lodging complaints on Pureit helpline for installation of pureit since I have been relocated and also for battery replacement. The response till now is zero. Everyday I waste atleast 30 min in getting in touch with helpline and then go through the agony of waiting for some rep to visit. Very poor service. I repent having bought pureit.
