[Resolved] Hindustan Lever / PureIT Water Filter — Poor Customer Care

This is to inform you that I had booked a germkill battery almost a week back & till now, I have not got it. The order details are S10/KCH[protected]. I rang up their helpline as well the local outlet several times, but nothing has happened. I am really unhappy with the service Pureit people are offering to their customers.
This is in continuation to our conversation and the concerns mentioned in your blog dated 11th May 2010 regarding your Pureit

Our Service personnel had visited you on 12th May 2010 & replaced the Battery(LLB) & trust the replacement had been done up to your satisfaction.
