[Resolved]  Hindustan Lever/pure It — battery change

HINDUSTAN LEVER/PURE IT — Customer care ineffective

I have take water purifier of pure it( hindustan lever), product is under warranty, Now it needs battery/filter replacement, Since last ten days i am constantly trying to call, everytime they are giving the compliant no ...request no.....still no solution,,,,,now customer care will speak initially then cut the call.
