Sir,
I was purchased water purifier of Hindustan Pure it vide invoice no IS09/13
07-802 dated 08/05/09. I have requested/ordered to company on their tel. no. [protected] to replacement of battery many times. My last request /complaint No.is C[protected] dtd 10/07/10. Two weeks have been expire but no any representative contacted to us to till date. Kindly depute a your representative to replacement of battery earliest. This is my last request after this I will go to the consumer forum.

I have registered a complaint with HLL pureit to replace the body and even after one week they have not turned up replace it. I am calling them everyday and they promise to come on the same day.

Yes finally it is been done. I am thankful for the kind service from HUL and this blog but not the dealer. Dearler was again giving reason to visit next day but I managed and made him to visit the same time. Dealer office was located just 2km away from my residence and he was give lame reasons. Please ensure you higher the right attitude dealers so that it will not affect the company name and brand.

Hindustan PURE IT — Water Leaked from the middle

We Buy the Hindustan Lever Water Purifier on April-2012 they gave the one year warranty
yesterday the purifier begins leaked from the middle of it i want solution where i want to Complain for my Problem

I ordered GKK on 12th Apr but no body delivered that and they closed the order once again i ordered on 22nd Apr after that i got msg within 72 hrs GKK not delivered this should be FREE but after 2 days i calling call center 4 times it cost around 58 rs for phone bill, they come and installed on 28th apr and taken money i asked about free as per meg they behaving like very harshly and there service is very poor, please dont take this product please help me i want money back of GKK,

and also service/call center people also not communicating properly i will not suggest any body this product

I was purchased water purifier of Hindustan Pure it dated 07/07/09 and from the start date of purchase there is a lickage inside the germ kill indicator and water come out repeatedly till now, that’s why I have complained 4-5 times and I also called to customer care regarding this, but it still not resolved, I am facing very much problem. The complaint no.s are[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected]. Please do the needful steps.
